According to the organiser, the cellar lane festival takes place for the 17th time. The hosts are around ten wineries from the Traisental plus individual producers from the Kremstal, Wachau and Wagram. There are also regional food stalls and live music along the lane.

St. Pölten is rarely associated with wine, but under the wine law the city belongs to the Traisental wine region. A cellar lane festival with many Traisental estates in one place is a good opportunity to get to know this small region.

According to the Lower Austria events calendar, on Saturday 7 November 2026 from 4 pm. Admission is free, glasses can be borrowed on site, and according to the organiser a free shuttle runs from the car park at the main cemetery. Please check details with the organiser before you go.
